BCHA are pleased to be able to offer a selection of Shared Ownership homes across the South West of England. Shared Ownership homes can offer you the chance to get onto the housing ladder by buying a share of a property and renting the remaining portion from BCHA. In most cases, you can buy additional shares from BCHA until you own 100% of your property.
